want to know whether any change in excise duty (which is presently 12%) on bulk drugs falling under CETSH No.2942 0090 ??

There is no change of duty in tariff number 2942 0090.
only capital goods rate of duty changed rest of the goods whatever the rate in tariff for financial year 2013-14.so its not applicable to CETSH No.2942 009. The changes also applicable upto june 2014 after that it may change by coming government budget presentation
