Interesting query

I am working in a CA organisation. My CA called me that don't make remain the Balance in credit ledger. Utilize it till feb end. Hence he called me to explore,why he called me that to utilize the balance till feb end. I am not getting the reason of utilisation of the balance or not to make remain balance in credit ledger till feb. Can anyone one explain why
