Interest U/S.234C in E-filing

I have downloaded ITR-2 E-Filing preparation module or we can say ITR-2 from ITD's site.

Every time we fill up the form and press the button Calculate Tax, it shows interest U/S. 234C as 16432 Rs.

Even if Income is below taxable or there is a refund, the interest figure comes the same.

Very strange.

Kindly reply, if someone else has come across such type of problem?
