Quick Summary
This discussion addresses how to handle late GST payments for the April-June quarter. The user is advised to pay the outstanding liabilities with 18% interest. They can either file a DRC-03 form immediately or declare the liability and pay the interest during the annual return filing. The DRC-03 filing will be reflected in the annual return, but no further action is needed if the payment has already been made.

Yes you can file by 18% interest

Declare it in annual return and pay tax with 18% Interest through DRC 03
