a private limited company had returned the share application money with interest as it has paid after many days...
so here the interest amount repaid to shareholders ,tds applicable on the interest on application money refunded....
can u pls suugest..
tds applicable under 194 as if the amount if exceeds 5000...
tds appliacblity???

I think there is no coverage of such interest for TDS under section 194.
