Is interest on motor accident insurance claim awarded by Supreme Court taxable?
if yes, can we claim lawyer fees as expenditure incurred in relation to such interest?

Yes, Only if it is paid for getting such interest income. (Though recently Mumbai high court has given judgement opposite to it)
