Interest on late payment pf gst
For FY 2017-18 , what amount should be consider for calculation of interest for late payment of gst , either gross output liability or net liability after adjustment of input.

As of Today it's on Gross tax liability.
But as recommended in press release , shall be incorporated in GST Act under Finance bill, 2019
