Interest on Late Filing in GSTR 3B
I have interest payable for late filing for GSTR 3B. I have excess credit in IGST adjusted in CGST liability now CGST & SGST figures are not same. In interest column the figures appears same as CGST or SGST. So, how to calculate interest after adjustment of excess credit or before adjustment of liability.

You can calculate interest calculation after adjustment & separate calculation of CGST & SGST interest
Interest figures are not same System accepts same amount in CGST & SGST. Is this error of system or I am doing wrong calculation.
When you fill the interest amount of either CGST or SGST, both the column work simultaneously. So it is advisable to pay the interest on the amount which is higher, i.e , on SGST in both the column.

No, this is not correct way, you can enter interest amount as per your calculation & system surely accept.
No when you type figure in CGST Column the SGST Column fills auto. It is System error I think.
Wait for some time & try again
Anybody found the solution to this issue as same simultaneous updation is of Interest amt of SGST and CGST is still continuing...
