Interest on gst playable after 5th may-2020

sir my net tax liability is 100 lakh if I will deposit 90 lakh before 5th may and balance amount deposit after due date (5-5-2020) and gstr3b will be file after due date interest will be calculated on balance amount Rs. 10 lakh or full amount Rs. 100 Lakh
