What is the penal interest rates for non charging of TCS??

Kindly provide the date from which interest should be charged??

From the date on which tcs is accounted @ 1.5% p.m. Tds tcs is the same obligation thanks corect me if i am wrong

So if TCS has not been accounted for should i calculate TCS and charge interest from the actual due date to date of payment??

from date of invoice raised till the actual date of payment.
