Interest equalization scheme

Hello Everyone, Recently in the month of Dec, 15, Govt of India announced a interest equalization scheme. As per this scheme, the exporters of specified goods were eligible for discounted rate of interest on the loan used to carry out the export. However, we are not aware of the procedure about how to claim benefits under the said scheme. Thus I request my CCI friends to help me with the same.
