Delayed payment of ST Interest...Due Date 5-1-2009, interest rate till date will be 13% or 18 % or 13% upto 31-3-2011 and then 18%... Can anyone please clarify.

Interest shall be calculated @ 13% upto 31.03.2011 and @ 18% from 01.04.2011 onwards.
