Dear Sir,
Request you to clarify below regarding GST.
I am getting Rs 4.5 Lakhs from rent income and I am getting Rs 21 Lakhs interest income from FDs. Please let me know whether I should register for GST and whether to pay GST.
Thank you,

With Regards,

In my opinion yes since aggregate turnover includes both taxable and exempt supplies and clubbing both together your aggregate turnover exceeds Rs 20 Lakhs

If rental income is from house property then no need to get registered

Thank you sir. Yes my rent income is from house given for residential purpose and my interest income is from bank FDs.

No need for GST as you exclusively deal in exempted services.
No need for GST Registration in this case.

Thank you  very much sir

Welcome Dear
