An Unegistered service provider in Kerala is providing service to a GST Registered Company in Karnataka 's "Fixed Establishment" in kerala.

Is it Inter state supply?

if the services is supplied in kerala ( fixed establishment)-intra state-place of supply

If the services is supplied in karnataka (business establishment)-inter state -place of supply

Since the supply is made from Kerala to kerala , it is Intra state supply.

Is it required to report adresss of Fixed Establishment" in GST Portal?
