We have two companies both of private limited. we have made some expenses from one company say Comapny A anf paid cash. But invoice raised in Company B by vendor now he cant change the invoice. How to adjust this transaction ?

Yes it can be raised if both companies are related companies

Take reimbursement from Company B and pass necessary journal entries in both the books.

Invoice contains name of Company B how could company get reimbursed from Company A ?
