Insurance premium for company cab

Dear member, We paid insurance premium including GST for company cab(below 14 member) capacity, is it eligible for Input tax.

Yes it is available as under section 17(5) if the motor car having capacity of passenger more than 13 including driver it is out of preview of block credit.
Yes... You can avail ITC credit.
Sir, cab capacity is below 13 passenger & we can assume all cab related expenses also ineligible.

If below 13 means 1 seat or 12 seat...?

If any doubt please refer sec 17(5) of CGST act...
Yes in case below 13 passenger capacity nothing is allowed..
No ITC Is available if seating capacity is less then 13 person including driver
