Accidental insurance is neither a part of 80C nor 80D
80C includes life and term insurance.
80D includes mediclaim expenses. The hospitalisation expenses incurred because of the accident can be claimed in 80D.
Further, just check your accidental policy documents, whether it provides for any deduction.
