XML not uploading

ITR 3 is not uploading sir. it says 
XML schema is invalid. please upload the XML in the correct schema.
AT LINE 852. invalid content was found starting with element 'ITR form deduction us54F'.

Download latest ITR 3 utility released on 12/07/2019, after update of java programme on your system.
