Suppose a company is registered under GST with the CGST deptt of the state and not with the SGST deptt.
1. Can the SGST deptt. conduct inspection on the said company?
2. Also, can the CGST and SGST deptt. conduct inspection on the company at the same time and that too on the same grounds such as ITC mismatch etc ?
