Is it permisible to write in Articles that it will be compulsory for the company to circulate cost audit report to the members ?. In the absence of such a provision in AOA can the shareholders demand to inspect the cost audit report.?

As per the Act, cost audit report is not open for inspection to the shareholders. CG can direct company to circulate to members u/s 233B(10). However, the company is free to put a clause in Articles voluntarily for circulation of the report to members.
