I wish to make purchases for my business in Delhi against a Tax invoice, add value and transfer to Haryana for the purpose of sale against F-Form.
Will I get the input tax credit in Delhi?

under dvat rules, input tax credit is not possible for goods transfered to other state against f form, however for better tax planing you may directly purchase goods against c form from that state @ 2% or 1% whichever applicable instead of vat rate in delhi @ 5% or 12.5% or 20% whichever applicable |
