Can we avail VAT 4% paid on purchase of Low Ash Met Coke (LAM Coke) using for manufacturing. I want to know whether we can get input VAT credit on all processing materials used for manufacturing.

Yes you can avail VAT 4% Input Tax credit on all processing material.
Now I am taking this type of Credit i.e. Manufacturing Material Since 2006 when Vat was imposed in my State (Guj.). I have completed sales tax 2006-07 assessment before two month ago and take refund amt. from Sales tax deparment.
