input tax rates different .ITC will be allowed or not
sir if input raw material rates are different 5% 12% 18%etc .but output produced is 12% as per HSN. can it 18% ITC be allowed

ITC credit is calculated over amount and not over rates. Whatever you paid total amount as input GST while input supply is credited in your credit ledger, which can be adjusted against output GST payable.
