we are a sector skill council affiliated with NSDC and exempted vide notification no. 12/2017 u/s 11.
Please let us know on which expenses we are claimed ITC.

As your out put services are exempted u/s 11, no ITC will be allowed.
No ITC cannot be claimed in this case it is blocked as it is an educational institution registered under NSDC
