our owner purchase of two wheeler vehicle can take ITC on it

No, as per Section 17 (5) of CGST Act, 2017, GST Input Tax Credit on the same is blocked.

Mostly people are taking ITc by purchasing on firm or business name bill
even not this is ordinarily business
