Not possible sir..... the due date is over
Yes sir, I agree with above answer, we claim ITC fy 2018-2019 till sep-2019,and the due date for claiming itc of fy 2017-2018 is already completed.
In term of Order 1/2018 GST : Last date to claim ITC for fy 2017-28 is 31/3/2019

In term of Proviso to Section 16 of CGST Act : Last date to claim ITC for FY 2018-19 is 30/9/2019
@ Mr. Pankaj Rawat, the last date for claiming ITC for any year is the due date of filing return under Section 39 for September of the following year. So, it is not 30/9 but 20/10.
Due Date is over. Nothing can be done now.

As per the Provision of Section 16(4) of the CGST Act 2017, last date to claim ITC for FY 2018-19 was "20.10.2019" ( Due date of filing FORM GSTR-3B for the month of SEPTEMBER 2019 ).

Therefore, the ITC will be lapsed.
@ Mr Anjum.,

For FY 17-18 no way for claim ITC as per above said due dates by experts...

For FY 18-19 also due date is over. But, In case You are not filed Your Sep-19 GSTR returns then You can avail the missed ITC in OR before filing of September-19 returns or annual return which is earlier...

@ jamil ahemed

the last date to avail itc is sept month, & its understandable that the credit can be claim only after the end of month ie can be october onwards & not 20/10 means if i file the sept19 return in november can avail the itc

@ Mr Jamil Ahmed.,

Yes... You are correct but it's not 30/09 or 20/10. It's just for filling September return or annual return which is earlier.
