FROM O1/ 04/2019 REAL ESTATE SECTOR 5 % WITH OUT ITC IN APRIL 2019 I AM PAYING THE TAX BY USING THE BALANCE IN CREDIT LEDGER IS POSSIBLE

I think all the balances which you have as on 31/3/2019 will be lapsed and you have to pay GST through cash. You can't avail credit ledger balances.
