A brick manufacturing Organization purchase a truck for supplying of bricks, can this organization claim full itc for purchase of truck in same year?

Definitely you can claim I.T.C and that too in the year of purchase itself provided all conditions for availing input tax credit under chapter v of C.G.S.T rules are satisfied

Yes, you can claim full ITC on the purchase of Truck (capital assets) at once.
