my client is running franchisee pre school in a rented premises. The landlord charges rent with 18% gst and at the same time franchisor is also charging GST.
can I claim tax credit on gst paid on rent.

Education services are taxable at NIL rate. So you can't claim ITC.

Excess input credit for the fy2017-18 shall be avail current fy2018-19 pls advise
yes you can c/f your previous year ITC to next year
