REFUND CAN BE CLAIMED FOR EXPORT HOUSES, CLAIM SHOULD BE LODGED WITHIN SIX MONTHS OF EXPORT. THEY ARE ENTITLED TO GET REFUND OF 20 SERVICES. Please clarify what do you want to mean by EOU
