Input service tax rules

Dear sirs,

              We pay service tax on rent payable on building in which we are manufacturing non taxable goods.The building owned by us is leased out . We pay service tax on rent received. Can we avail input tax paid on rent paid to set off the service tax payable on rent receivable.
