Input Reconciliation on Residential Property
We are the developer of Residential complex and Charge GST @ 5% without ITC. So in that case is it necessary to Reconcile the Purchase GST which is Ineligible ? If Not required then if the party not filled there GST then any liability will come to our end or not?
