Input for F.Y. 2019-20

Purchase bills reflecting in GSTR 2A but there input was not taken in the respective months. Annual return not filed yet. Can we take input now?
Bills pertain to F.Y. 2019-20.

Also, there are some purchase bills for which we have taken the input but they are not reflecting in GSTR 2A. Can we take the input of such bills?

Thanks & Regards

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the possibility of claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC) for the financial year 2019-20. It clarifies that ITC for bills from F.Y. 2019-20, even if reflected in GSTR 2A, cannot be claimed now as the time limit has expired. Such bills should be booked as expenses. The discussion also touches upon purchase bills where input was taken but not reflected in GSTR 2A, implying these also fall under the expired claim period.

ITC of 2019-20 cannot be taken now.
They have been lapsed. Book them under expenses
ITC of same can not be claimed now, as time limit to claim same is already expired.
