Input credit of Vat

Dear All

 Can we take input credit of Vat on Food Bills whether it is proprietor ship firm or company? And the food bill will be on company’s name?

Input vat Credit alllowed . But i thik Foodbill in not your input . so its input vat credit not allowed.
