Input credit eligible for GTA RCM...?
we have paid 5% RCM on GTA can we availed input ceredit .please give suggestions.

yes you can take input of RCM paid on GTA in the month payment

Please refer section 9(3) of GST and GTA services under GST
According to Section 16, input tax credit includes tax paid u/s 9(3) and 9(4).
Section 2(98) CGST Act "reverse charge" means the liability to pay tax by the recipient of supply of goods or services or both instead of the supplier of such goods or services or both under sub-section [3] or sub-section [4] of Section 9, or under sub-section [3] or subsection [4] of Section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;
