can I take input credit for electrical wiring for my new construction in my factory ?

in term of sec 17(5) it is a block credit hence you are not eligible for ITC of such giods which is used for construction of factory,
how ever if you do not capatilize the cost of such goods then you can claim ITC in term of explanation given for the such clause...
