No you can not claim Input Tax credit , it's Blocked credit under section 17(5)(b)(I) of the CGST act 2017 .

In the case can't we claim on ola and uber corporate rides?
No, you cannot claim ITC against Uber Ola rides.

ITC cannot be availed as per Clause (iv) of Section 17(5). However, the ITC can be availed if said services are provided under any statutory obligation.
