We are West Bengal based partnership comapny. we work on a project in jharkhand. we purchase some goods from there for project. we have no Jharkhand based Gst no. we get invoice against our Gst no (WB based). but supplier show in GSTR-01 , CGST/SGST instead of IGST. In GSTR-2b , show we cant take those input .
what is the next step to get Input ?\

We already said them but they said that GSTR-01 correct because POS and supplier state are same but recipient state is different..
Take a GST registration in Jharkhand if that is long duration project. It will save GST for you.
it is not possible . it is only 3-4 month project
Incase you are carrying out project just for a certain period in oone of the state then you can take registaration as a casual taxable person in that state . So that ITC of that state can be claimed under CTP registration and the same can be used against the output services provided in the same state.
