A person hire a factory on rent. Owner is also use small part of premises. Elctrictiy bill is in the name of Owner. Now i want to know how tenant calim electricity bill in books of account.

terms and conditions on u agreed in agreement will be the supporting nd u keep xerox copy of elec bill from owner in ur records
