I am the eldest son (47 yrs) of my father (72 yrs) and I have a married sister (44yrs) all staying in West Bengal.
Recently I have been debarred of any inheritance due to my late marriage to a girl from a poor family which my father and sister does not approve of.
My mother is still alive and sickly inthe bed and at the mercy of my father and hose maids. I am neither allowed to enter the house nor to take care or talk to my mother. Her condition is detoriating as because she cannot talk to me. So long before my marriage I was the only one (pet) of my father and mother.
The day after my marriage my sister and father turned against me and drove me away. It has been three yreas I am out of my house and now I have 2 yrs old son with whom I and my wife have to stay in a rented house in a very poor state even though I belong to a family where my father owns a three storied house and 8 katthas of land.
I think my sister and brother-in -law is playing some thing to deprive me.
Is there any way to find Justice.
Please help my friends.
