Industrial training transfer help
Dear Sirs,
I have already intimated my Principal for Industrial training in 4 months advance before commencement of my industrial training. Can he stop me now?????
If he is not signing form 109, what are the remedies. Please help!!!!

As per rules of ICAI, you need to inform your principal before 3 months. Hence you are eligible for industrial training
If he is not signing the form 109, then you can approach ICAI regional office.
