Industrial Training

I ve come across the institute website regarding Industrail training qualifications. It says it should not be less than 9 months and not more than 12 months. I want to know Whats the criteria for PCE which comprises of 3 1/2 years of training period.Whether i have to complete 2 year or 2 1/2 year to pursue Industrial Training.Kindly clear me this query.
