Hi friends.. Now i am in my last year of articleship and appearing for exam in may 2010. after exam i want to join industrial training. ICAI REGULATIONS IS THAT 3 MONTHS NOTICE TO PRINCIPAL TO BE GIVEN. i am going on for leave from feb 1st week and have given notice for industrial training.. my principal debated with me that the notice period of three months is not valid as i am going for exam leave..

regarding leaves,if u have not completed leaves for 1/6th of ur articleship period, u can take it easily, otherwise u have to make understanding with ur principal. and regarding industrial training, one can do industrail training with min. 9 months left and max. 1 year.
