Industrial Training is very useful for a ca student Carrer provided that u do in a big companies\MNC.
It also depend whether the firm where u r doing articleship allow it or not.
Ya final studies may be little bit affected when the company whr u opt for IT is vast n work load is more.
But it can b managed.

Do such companies give preparation leave of 2-3 months(as presently expected from the firm i am working with) ??

Pushpalata,
One can undergo Industrial Training only in last year OR last 9 months of his articleship(and not 6 months).One just needs to fill a form for undergoing IT.

There are vacancies for Industrial training in Morgan Stanly (Delhi Mumbai).

Pre condition of institute are-
you must have completed 2 years or 2.5 years training out of 3 or 3.5 years respectively.
