In respect of Industrial Training you must have completed 2 years of articleship and you are required to do 9 months of Industrial training which will be considered as articleship of 1 year..

i.e. you must join Industrial training in 3 months period after completion of 2 years of training and submit the form during that period only.

I m not agree with Mr. Hitesh.

becoz the period of training is equally counted and not 9 months of Ind Training = 12 months of articleship

this period may varry with 9 to 12 months of last year of your training. i.e you have to do the Industrial training minimum 9 months and you can do this maximum 12 months of last year of your training.

 Its' main condition is to serve your employer a 3 months prior notice for the same. 3 months shall be coounted from the date of joining of Ind Training.

but this is not relevent if your employer not ask for it and signed your form 109 easily. if he does not sign then you have no option other than to deal with him at your personal level.
