Individual failed to clear the outstanding demand of ITR
If an individual has not clear the outstanding demand arise in a FY and also on income tax portal the intimation was seeing but not able to download so what problem arise in future or in next FY.

You have to pay such demand for that FY mandatorily otherwise Interest will be accrued on such demand
