What is difference between illegal agreements and illegal contracts??

anything which is not legal can be termed as illegal.
agreement usually means arrangements - eg: cash payment above rs.2.50 lakhs may now be termed as illegal
contracts usually meant for an obligation - eg: contracts based on lottery system may be termed as illegal.
agreements can include contracts but not vice versa.
