My father had opened an HUF account in Indian Bank in 2002 and a PAN card of the HUF account. He died 2 years back but the HUF account has no nomination so what should be done for account closure settlement. ?

Submit KYC papers with the remaining Coparceners & Members of HUF with newly elected KARTA.
After processing of the papers, either the HUF may be continued; or dissolve completely, Once order from ITO is obtained approving complete dissolution, the bank account can be closed.
