Independent director

As per Rule 4 of Companies (Appointment and Qualification of Directors) Rules, 2014, following unlisted public companies shall have atleast 2 directors as independent directors
1.Public companies with paid-up share capital of RS.10 crores or more
2.Public Companies with turnover of RS.100crores or more
3.Public Companies with aggregate outstanding loans, debentures, and deposits, exceeding RS.50 crores.
