Hi,
I have an offer to work for a US based firm as an independent consultant. What would be the best way to structure this engagement. Do i have to start-up some company or get some registrations done etc.. as they will be crediting my account directly. Please help me out to find the right approach that is legal and efficient for both the parties.
In My opinion you could start as an Individual. donot require to start a company.
I think a registration for Import Export code is necessary.
